EVOO that respects the season

Olive oil changes from harvest to harvest—just like wine. That is why we keep our batches limited, so you taste the year, not a factory blend.

Monovarietal focus

One variety, one origin, one harvest. Each season expresses the character of Lianolia from our family groves in Corfu.

Freshly cold-pressed

Fast handling after harvest and gentle extraction to protect aroma, flavor and freshness.

Protected from light

Bottled in black glass to help protect the olive oil from light and keep it tasting clean.

EU olive oil polyphenols health claim (Reg. 432/2012) applies when conditions are met.
