Why visitors and customers choose us
We focus on freshness, authenticity and a clean, respectful process. No gimmicks—just careful work from grove to bottle.
Gourmet flavour
Aromatic, balanced and genuinely Corfiot—produced in small quantities so the character stays intact.
Limited & numbered
Each bottle is individually numbered. When a season sells out, it’s gone—because we don’t mass-produce.
High in polyphenols
We aim for early harvest quality and careful handling to preserve naturally occurring polyphenols and freshness.
Semi-traditional family mill
A visitable olive mill that blends tradition with practical modern tools—focused on gentle extraction and clean taste.
Zero-waste mindset
We work with respect for the grove and the process, aiming for minimal waste and maximum value from each season.

Our story, in short
We are a Corfu family with deep roots in olive cultivation. Over the years we built a small private olive mill in Marmaro, so we can control quality from harvest to bottle and share the experience with visitors.
-
- Heritage in olive groves and old tools.
-
- Education and a clear decision: do it properly or not at all.
-
- Today: a semi-traditional, visitable mill and a focused olive oil workshop.
EVOO that respects the season
Olive oil changes from harvest to harvest—just like wine. That is why we keep our batches limited, so you taste the year, not a factory blend.
Monovarietal focus
One clear profile, one identity. We keep the character consistent and transparent.
Freshly cold-pressed
Fast handling after harvest and gentle extraction to protect aroma, flavor and freshness.
Elegant protection
Bottled in black glass to help protect the olive oil from light and keep it tasting clean.
EU olive oil polyphenols health claim (Reg. 432/2012) applies when conditions are met.
