How it works
1) Reserve
Buy the Reservation Fee (1 slot). Slots are limited and sell out.
2) Confirm details
After checkout, submit pickup/shipping details using your order number.
3) Release & balance
When bottling is ready, we email you a secure invoice link for the remaining balance + shipping (if applicable).
What you’re reserving
Your slot is for a limited allocation of our next harvest olive oil (numbered bottles). Exact release date depends on harvest and bottling schedule.
