Our story
A short timeline of how our family’s relationship with olive cultivation led to a visitable mill and a focused olive oil tasting in Corfu.
The Origins
We come from a family rooted in agriculture—especially olive cultivation—since the olden days. We still keep tools from a traditional olive press in the village of Liapades, a reminder of the craft that shaped local life.
The Way
My father always returned to the olive groves with passion, even while working as a policeman. Going with him into the fields is where I learned to respect the trees, the land, and the discipline behind honest olive oil.
Decisions
I chose to study agronomy, to understand cultivation, harvest timing, and the details that protect freshness and aroma in olive oil—knowledge that later shaped every decision we made.
In Conclusion
After years of effort, our family created a small private semi-traditional olive mill in our village, Marmaro, in Corfu—so we could control the process from harvest to bottle and share it with visitors.
EVOO
Our olive oil is produced with a focus on careful handling and seasonal character. The EU olive oil polyphenols health claim (Reg. 432/2012) may apply when the required analytical conditions are met.
